Fuel Up to Play

What if you had the power to help make your school even better than it already is? Well, you do.

Welcome to Fuel Up to Play 60. It’s a new youth program sponsored by National Dairy Council and the National Football League designed to empower students to take action for their health and improve their school environment. And the best part? YOU can help make a difference. All you have to do is eat healthy, play at least 60 minutes a day and participate in fun activities in and out of school. You know, good things.

Additionally it is a chance to get involved in a nationwide competition between participating students and schools. The Fuel Up to Play 60 competition is an opportunity for you to make long-term healthy changes while competing to win prizes for both you and your school. You will track your healthy eating, physical activity, and participation in Fuel Up to Play 60 activities as well as refer friends, take pop quizzes and answer challenges to earn points towards exciting prizes. The competition starts on October 15, 2009. Learn more here.
