Special Education Podcasts from Hamblen County Schools, TN  Hamblen County provided the following link which contains podcasts for the record review monitoring process. In order to help prepare their special education teachers for monitoring and a means of providing continuous professional development in this area, the Hamblen County Board of Education decided to create podcasts that are only a few minutes in length as well as a PowerPoint presentation that can be reviewed as many times as needed by individual teachers.
