Graphic Organizers for Thinking Skills is a collection from the Learning Curve Planner site. Designed for high school, many of these organizers would also work well with middle school and upper elementary. There are dozens of templates here you can fill out online (perhaps on an IWB) and even save and print.
Oomfo.Com allows you to add colorful, even animated, graphs to your Power Point presentations.

Exploratree.Org is a free graphic organizer “thinking guide” site. You can pull up organizers by objective or topic and use with interactive white boards. These thining guides can then be saved for future use.
