Designed for high school, many of these organizers would also work well with middle school and upper elementary. There are dozens of templates here you can fill out online (perhaps on an IWB) and even save and print.

Exploratree.Org is a free graphic organizer “thinking guide” site. You can pull up organizers by objective or topic and use with interactive white boards. These thining guides can then be saved for future use.
